Road safety: online TRT-TML Leuven joint study
The European Commission - DG MOVE has published the outcomes of the ex-post evaluation on the Road Safety Action Program (RSAP) 2001-2010.
The study, part of a broader work commissioned by the European Commission to the consortium composed by TRT and TML Leuven within the framework for the preparation of the new Road Safety Action Program 2011-2020, aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the 62 measures covered by the current RSAP, and investigated its state of progress and impacts across the 27 EU Member States (EU27).
Study on sustainable urban mobility available online
The European Parliament has published online the study on sustainable urban
mobility, that was committed to TRT in order to explore featuring elements,
challenges and future potential of strategies and interventions aiming to
achieve a greater degree of sustainability in current urban mobility patterns.
The study is structured along three briefing notes, giving a comprehensive
overview on: Sustainable Urban Transport Plans (SUTPs), Mobility Management
and Promotion of Cycling.

Study on Green Logistics available online
The European Parliament has published online the study on Green Logistics that was committed to TRT in order to explore the role of logistics activities in improving the way climate change is being tackled. The study encompasses an analysis of the most relevant measures to achieve ‘green logistics’, focusing on the essential related best practices and identifying the most promising actions to be developed by the European institutions and the private sector for meeting the challenge of reducing GHG emissions.
